Description This intern/volunteer opportunity would require someone or perhaps a couple of individuals to do the following:
a.. Put together an annual report of our program from information that we provide.
b.. Have skills in graphic design and/or marketing. The design must be professional in appearance. We can provide examples of what we have in mind.
c.. Work with various staff from our program who will provide information from our agency.
d.. Be able to report information in the form of graphs, bar or pie charts, etc.
e.. Meet deadlines.
f.. Perhaps assist in identifying people, agencies, etc. where we should distribute our report to.
g.. Keep production costs at a minimum; identifying and utilizing outside resources or businesses.
h.. Have product totally completed by end of July at latest for distribution in August.
This could be a good volunteer project if the person is very committed or it could be a project for student intern. Volunteer could work both from Head Start and from school/home. Volunteer would need to meet with Head Start to discuss the project, to obtain the information to include in the report and then occasionally to monitor progress and keep Head Start updated.
