As a freshman, I am new to both Central's campus and the town of Ellensburg; I am excited to get involved on campus and in the surrounding community. I am still an undecided major, focusing on my general education requirements and sampling what the academic colleges have to offer.
I am the current Environmental Stewardship Liaison here at the Civic Engagement Center. This position is perfect for me because throughout high school I was involved in an outdoor education program educating youth about the environment; I also volunteered though Girl Scouts, perfecting my own leadership skills. The town of Ellensburg and the entire Kittitas County are fabulous and there is always room for us to improve the community. As the liaison, I am responsible for finding and promoting volunteer opportunities directed at bettering the environment.
My Office Hours are... Monday through Friday 9:00-12:00 (Wednesday until 11:00). If you need to talk with me, come in during those times and I'd love to chat with you.
