My name is Kate Burk and I am a sophomore at CWU. I am interested in majoring in business and marketing, as well as, studying fashion and communications.
I work as a community progress liaison for the Don and Verna Duncan Civic Engagement Center. As a liaison I coordinate events and recruit volunteers to help meet the needs of local service organizations. Some organizations include: The Ellensburg Public Library, Elmview, FISH , Hopesource, UNICEF, The Salvation Army, Random Acts of Kindness, and Operation Gratitude Veterans' Day Event.
