Hello!
My name is Amanda Lang and I am the Teens in the Community Liaison. I work with the after school programs in Ellensburg and create and coordinate events that benefit youth in middle school and high school. I love the work I do here at the Don and Verna Duncan Civic Engagement Center and cannot wait to take all the experience I've acquired through the center out into the real world.
I have a lot of professional aspirations I am currently working towards and am enjoying the journey. This spring, my main focus for the Civic Engagement Center is coordinating a talent show that brings youth and senior citizens together for a family fun evening.
I want the evening to be a big hit and you're more than welcome to be a part of it! Whether you want to volunteer and work with the kids or just attend to see all the talent, you're more than welcome!
